  • Advanced team facilitation in senior, diverse team or learning situations that require participation, elicitation, assimilation and aggregation towards defined objectives such as learning, planning or implementing change.

  • Stand up training, workshops, train the trainer & innovative learning interventions employing adult learning techniques and tools leveraging own material or sourced material.

  • Needs and gap analyses based on people development goals. Run surveys and focus groups to assess competency needs resulting in mapping of training needs against competencies/roles and action plans. Run assessment centers for role evaluations.
